BAY LODGE GUEST HOUSE IS CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR REFURBISHMENT. WE HOPE TO REOPEN VERY SOON. 

Situated in an ideal position in a conservation area on the seafront opposite the Pavilion Tea Gardens and the Redoubt Napoleonic Fortress. It is just a ten-minute walk to the Pier and five minutes to local shops and restaurants.

We have six rooms: one single and five king-size. All of the rooms have en-suite bathrooms or shower rooms. Each room has a flat screen television with Freeview, a well-stocked hospitality tray, clock radio and hairdryer. Rooms at the front have sea views with one having a balcony where guests can sit out and enjoy the good weather.

Full English breakfast and buffet served each day. Free wifi is available throughout the building. At the rear there is parking for three cars (please note spaces cannot be reserved) and parking is free on the side roads. There are five steps up to the front door and there are two flights of stairs to the top floor rooms.

Eastbourne, officially the sunniest place in the UK, has much to offer; miles of pebble beach, a Victorian Pier, a level promenade, a variety of shops and restaurants, four theatres, crazy golf, parks, dotto train and leisure facilities to name a few. It is also next to the South Downs National Park with miles of walks and beautiful countryside. Eastbourne also plays host to international tennis, a four-day free airshow, conferences, Magnificient Motors, Beer and Cider by the Sea, the Beachy Head Marathon and much more.
